1. Purpose

This policy protects Inventro, Vivid Telecom Limited, customers and users.

2. Prohibited activity

Users must not use Inventro to break the law; infringe rights; upload malware; send spam; harass others; store unlawful or harmful material; probe or bypass security; access another customer’s data; interfere with availability; scrape at unreasonable volume; circumvent payment or licensing; share credentials improperly; or reverse engineer protected elements except where law expressly permits.

3. Resource use

Automated access, integrations and uploads must remain within documented limits and must not materially degrade the Service. We may rate-limit or restrict abusive traffic.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant logs, remove harmful material, restrict functionality or suspend access. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
